Basically I completely changed how tools work in Minecraft. Now pickaxes chop wood, axes dig dirt, shovels deal lots of damage, swords make farmland, and hoes mine stone. As you can imagine changing such a simple thing in Minecraft actually really messes with your brain. The first tool you craft is a pickaxe now to chop down some trees, and you don’t actually need 3 cobble anymore, just 2 since you need a hoe to mine and not a pickaxe. Yeah, it's confusing. And If you ever find a vein with only 1 diamond don’t worry because you can craft a diamond shovel which is now the most powerful weapon. because this is so confusing I got 4 of my friends on a server (and didn’t tell them anything) and just gave them super simple tasks, like getting a stone pickaxe, mining diamonds, and killing everyone else.
