How To Make Auto-Aim Arrows

With just a few command blocks you make auto aim arrows in Minecraft 1.13 or 1.14. Auto aim arrows are really fun to play with because they allow you to "cheat" by letting the command blocks steer the arrows at nearby objects! This will work on most entities, including other players! If you really want to, you can even use the commands to make auto aim tridents!
